Running. "I hadn't been running for nearly 5 years or done much exercise (apart from looking after children). I was keen to start running again and have some time for myself! I was concerned that I wouldn't be fit enough and I'd be too tired to enjoy it after months of sleepless nights! The best result from Mums on the Run Begininer Running program is that I went out last night and ran for almost 3 miles. , I wasn't sure if I'd manage it but I just kept going, I was pretty amazed! I'm more confident in my ability to run. It's a really good way to get back into running and I'd definitely recommend it to others!”
Hoola Hooping. "after having had a baby my fitness level was low . Hula hooping has been great and a very enjoyable way of mastering a new skill. I feel I have lost weight and my stomach is coming along nicely.
