This class tones your body and flattens your tummy plus burning calories at the same time. Hula hooping is enjoyable, fun and improves self-confidence! Suitable for all ages 3-83.

HULA HOOPING FOR CHILDREN
Hula Hooping is an exciting and unique activity for children. It is a high energy fun packed activity that kids really enjoy. I use music, choreography, games and tricks in the sessions making it more like a party than exercise.
Hula Hooping is great for building children’s confidence and self- esteem. It is a great activity for kids of all ages and abilities and it is something they can then continue to do at home!
Debbie offers the following children’s activities:
- Schools - after School clubs, school events, healthy activity events or special occasions.
- Groups – Rainbows, Brownies, Guides also Cubs, Scouts and Beavers
- Any other special events involving children of all ages
