Aerobic Bumps is aimed at mums to be who want to increase their energy levels during pregnancy, and stay fit and active until birth. The course is specifically designed for pregnancy, featuring low impact aerobics along with strengthening and toning exercises.
Aerobic Bumps is suitable from 12 weeks until birth and is a great way to meet some like-minded mums to be. The course also consists of useful tips and advice on keeping fit and active through pregnancy and beyond.
