Great feedback

"Katherine – after having had a baby my fitness level was low . Hula hooping has been great and a very enjoyable way of mastering a new skill. I feel I have lost weight and my stomach is coming along nicely."

"Lynda – I was not doing any classes before Hula hooping but I can now hula hoop thanks to Debbie's classes which have been enjoyable, friendly and knowledgeable. It has also been a great giggle with the girls."

MUMS ON THE RUN

I would love to learn to run – this is a question I frequently get asked by mums. This is the very reason I set up my running class and beginners running program specifically for mums. Getting started is one of the hardest challenges with running and knowing how much or how little to run confusing. Expert advice and running in a group provides the perfect starting place for taking up running.

Maybe you have dreams to complete a 10k or the Great North Run?

Great feedback

"I hadn't been running for nearly 5 years or done much exercise (apart from looking after children). I was keen to start running again and have some time for myself! I was concerned that I wouldn't be fit enough and I'd be too tired to enjoy it after months of sleepless nights! The best result from Mums on the Run Beginner Running program is that I went out last night and ran for almost 3 miles. , I wasn't sure if I'd manage it, but I just kept going, I was pretty amazed! I'm more confident in my ability to run. It's a really good way to get back into running, and I'd definitely recommend it to others!"

In January 2017 I held beginners running program with a fabulous group of mums. One of the mums, Julie, mum of three children, signed up for my January Mums on the Run, which is a beginner running program designed specifically for mums who have not run since having children. Julie then went on to complete a 10k race in 1 hour 7 minutes and felt awesome!
