My Winter Retreat Day is open to all women desiring more creativity and connection in their lives. No experience necessary just a desire to play and enjoy.
Spend your day immersed in joyful activation and energising activities, whilst being by the sea and coastline of Colywell Bay. Take away the practices of the day and infuse them into daily life.
The day will be held in Colywell Bay next to the Northumberland coastline from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

MEET YOUR EXPERTS
Combining their life experiences and skill set, Debbie and Samantha are passionate about supporting people to make real change in their lives.
Debbie is a fitness instructor with 20 years of experience delivering fun motivational fitness programmes including Hula hooping, Zumba, Aerobics and Dance Fitness. Debbie believes exercise should be enjoyable and rewarding and anyone of any age can take part.
Samantha is an experienced Yoga teacher with an upbeat, nurturing and inclusive style. Samantha teaches tailored, considered and focused yoga to individuals and groups. She aims to bring joy to yoga by creating a trusting, nurturing environment and loves to inject sparkle and fun. Samantha allows you to explore your yoga to find your own peace and joy in your body.
